Peonyshop.com order- and shipping conditions

Thanks for your interest in our order conditions. Peonyshop.com primarily focuses on serving the professional wholesale market. Please see the conditions that apply to your region or your situation (wholesale or retail).

The currency that we trade in is Euro's. To see the prices in your own currency please use some of the real time value money converters available on the internet that show you the product price in your own currency. The one that we always use can be found by clicking here.

For all Dutch (wholesale) customers:

1. We accepteren order overeenkomst via CNB / HOBAHO / BENNO WALS / COMPASS PLANTS.
2. De koper draagt zorg dat het fust door de koper tijdig op het bedrijf wordt afgeleverd en tevens alle kosten hiervan zijn voor rekening koper.
3. Vrachtkosten voor het afleveren van de producten zijn voor rekening van paionia.
4. De producten kunnen op verzoek door koper worden gekookt en ontsmet, alle kosten hiervan zijn voor rekening koper.
5. Minimale afname is 250 euro.

For all EU (wholesale) customers:

1. We require a minimum order of: € 250,00 Euro within the EU.
2. At least 30% deposit due at time of order, the rest of the balance have to be paid before august 31.
3. We don't accept credit cards, we only accept cash or international wire transfers by bank.
4. All bank costs that have been made by the International wire transfers are for account customer only.
5. At confirmation of your order you will receive an invoice with further payment & bank instructions.
6. We have no VAT number but we are registered under an agriculture number by our local government.
7. We charge 0% tax for international orders outside The Netherlands.
   
   

For all (wholesale) customers outside the EU:

1. We do only wholesale business what means that we require a minimum order of € 1000,00 Euro

For US (retail) customers overseas:

1. All orders under the minimum wholesale requirement of € 1000,00 Euro can be placed at our American Retail Agent: Dan Quaranto
2. All smaller orders have to be paid at Dan Quaranto before August 25.
3. For Shipping we charge a minimum price of € 5,00 per plant.
   20+ € 4,00 each | 40+ € 3,00 each | 60+ € 2,75 each | 100+ € 2,50 each from our nursery to our American Retail Agent Dan Quaranto.
4. All peonies will be checked on their quality, re-packed and forwarded by the forwarding service of Dan Quaranto.
5. At inquiry you will receive a quote with further details about additional import dues, local shipping costs and the payment & bank instructions.

Shipping conditions for all peonyshop.com customers

1. We are able to ship from October until the end of December.
2. On request we can hold them longer in our storage cells and ship them in wintertime.
3. All of our quotations are exclusive shipping costs.
4. We are able to ship by our freight forwarders COPEX & FEDEX
5. We charge € 100,00 Euro for a phytosanitary certificate which is required for all foreign destinations outside the EU.
6. Some destinations such as USA & CANADA might require a boiling treatment. A boiling treatment is to prevent any type of nematodes. (1 hour at 43,5 degrees Celsius)
7. For US & CAN customers we do an American & Canadian Pre- Shipment on our Nursery. A Pre-Shipment means that all peonies will be pre-released before they leave the Dutch border. On this way it will prevent any unnecessary hold on the border of destination.
8. We charge € 5,00 Euro per box for packing.
9. All shipping costs associated with the broker, including custom clearance, duties, taxes and VAT will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of receipt.
10. We guarantee true named varieties from excellent healthy quality. Our nursery will be checked 4 times per year on the quality process by the local Dutch plant inspection NAK.
